Utilizes the services of Olympic athletes to combat community deterioration and juvenile delinquency by providing after school and summer educational enrichment and sports programs for youth.

Operates the Gold Medal Speakers Bureaus, which is composed of Olympians and professional athletes.

Sports training grants and camp scholarships to elementary and middle school youth. (Spring 2000)

Provides technical assistance to sports organizations, communities, and developing countries.

Implements sports camps, clinics, international sports symposiums and promotes physical education internationally.

Sponsors the Olympic Athlete Youth Mentoring Program.
